When you use Favorite Things, we want you to understand how we share your personal information with third parties and what choices you have.

How Our Service Works

When you click on an item on Favorite Things, we don't sell that item to you directly. Links take you from Favorite Things to a Retailer or Advertiser's website where you can buy the item you're interested in. Sometimes, those links take you through an affiliate network first. If you buy the item, Favorite Things receives a commission. Commissions are earned in order to keep the app running at no cost to you.

When you click on these links, we pass along typical click metadata so the Retailer or Advertiser knows the product and the source (Favorite Things). The Advertiser doesn't know who you are unless you log in to their site and give them your information.

We don't sell your personal information to Advertisers or affiliate networks. All the content on Favorite Things comes from users (or from us). When you use Favorite Things, we don't sell your personal information to third parties or share your personal information with third parties for their cross-context behavioral advertising, except with respect to some common website cookies.

When you use our AI-powered product search or the Eftee AI agent, your queries and interactions are processed by Anthropic, our third-party AI provider. We do not sell your personal information to Anthropic; however, sharing your queries with a third-party provider may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some U.S. state privacy laws.

Anthropic processes your data solely to power these features and is not permitted to use it for advertising or marketing purposes. Because AI-powered product search is a fundamental component of the app, opting out will result in a deletion of your account. Cookies on Our Website

When you're on our website, we use some common tools like Google Analytics and social media cookies. These cookies receive your IP address, device type, and other metadata. Because we can't control that data once it leaves our service, some U.S. laws define the use of analytics and tracking pixels to be a "sale" of personal information.
